​Loud Mouse is announcing that September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month! ​

Once students enter Kindergarten, they can register for their own library account with a parent or guardian's permission! If the student is a resident of Port Allegany Borough, Liberty Township, Annin Township, Eldred Borough, Eldred Township, or Otto Township please bring proof of address to the library to open the library account. Potter County residents may request an account at their home library.
