S.W. Smith Memorial Library has been serving patrons in Port Allegany and surrounding areas since 1930. We aim to provide the community with good books, a friendly atmosphere, technology services, and quality programming for all ages.

If you are a resident of Port Allegany Borough, Liberty Township, Annin Township, Eldred Township, or Eldred Borough you may be eligible for a library card!
